  • Mindfulness & Meditation with Siobhan 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
  • Intro to Yoga SeriesIntroductory class meets once per week for 5 consecutive weeks. Learn foundational yoga postures (asanas) and alignment, breathing practice (pranayama), meditation, deep relaxation (savasana), and basic yoga teachings. This class is progressive. If you want to attend our beginner or multi-level classes, we recommend the Intro Series first. The journey starts here! with Tarra 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
